(\u0160ta ka\u017eu najbolji stru\u010dnjaci)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a>Dugo pratim i prou\u010davam preporuke svjetskih stru\u010dnjaka za razvoj mladih sportista, a posebno jednog \u010dovjeka \u010diji se rad koristi \u0161irom svijeta \u2014 dr. Istvana Balyija, autora LTAD modela (Long-Term Athlete Development).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To je sistem po kojem trenira vi\u0161e od 60 zemalja, jer daje rezultate, ali jo\u0161 va\u017enije \u2014 \u0161titi zdravlje djece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovo su smjernice koje svaki roditelj treba znati:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Dijete nije mali odrasli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ne mo\u017ee, ne smije i ne treba trenirati tempom kao odrasla osoba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Njihovo tijelo tek ulazi u razvojne faze i sve mora biti prilago\u0111eno tome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Pravi trening u pravom periodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako dijete eksplodira s napretkom u 12. godini, a drugo u 15., to nije do trenera \u2014 to je biologija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Najve\u0107i problem nastaje kada se djeca forsiraju u periodu kada organizam to ne mo\u017ee podnijeti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Ishrana + san + oporavak = temelj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovo nije \u201cdodatno\u201d, ovo je pola treninga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bez toga nema ni snage, ni napretka, ni zdravog imuniteta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Rana specijalizacija je lo\u0161a ideja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako dijete od 7 ili 8 godina trenira samo jedan sport, to naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e vodi do povreda, zamora i gubitka volje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svjetski vrhunski sportisti su trenirali vi\u0161e sportova u mladosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Fokus na razvoj, ne na pobjede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U mla\u0111im kategorijama rezultat ne govori ni\u0161ta o talentu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ali kvalitet kretanja, koordinacija i brzina \u2014 govore sve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za\u0161to ovo govorim?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zato \u0161to danas vidimo djecu koja treniraju po \u010detiri ili pet puta sedmi\u010dno, jedu usput, spavaju malo, a od njih se o\u010dekuje da se takmi\u010de kao profesionalci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A realnost je da njihova tijela to ne mogu izdr\u017eati bez pravog sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roditelj ima najva\u017eniju ulogu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">za\u0161tititi dijete od preoptere\u0107enja i obezbijediti mu uslove za zdrav rast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sport je sjajan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ali samo ako se radi kako treba \u2014 u skladu s naukom, iskustvom i zdravim razumom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AKO PRAVILNO RAZVIJATI DIJETE U SPORTU?
